Olivia is a national board-certified acupuncturist licensed in New Jersey. Her early love of movement and creative expression led her to New York City, where she earned her BFA in Musical Theatre from NYU Tisch School of the Arts. During college, she discovered yoga and was drawn to its ability to cultivate awareness, resilience, and balance. In 2016, she earned her 200-hour yoga teacher certification, marking the beginning of a deeper journey into practices that support healing and self-connection.
Olivia’s path to acupuncture began through a series of acupressure workshops at her yoga studio, where she experienced a powerful emotional release from a single point pressed on her arm. That moment ignited her interest in Traditional Chinese Medicine and its capacity to address both physical and emotional health. She went on to earn a Master of Science in Acupuncture from Pacific College of Health and Science in New York City. Her training in both yoga and TCM has shaped a compassionate, patient-centered approach rooted in service, presence, and clinical skill.
Olivia has effectively treated and supported management of anxiety, insomnia, stress, chronic pain, endocrine disorders, and gynecological conditions through the development of personalized treatment plans. Her focus on reproductive health and fertility deepened while working as a Senior Intern at NYC’s premier women’s health acupuncture clinic, The Yinova Center. In addition to her acupuncture practice, she has spent the past ten years teaching Vinyasa, Hot, and Yin Yoga, helping students of all ages reconnect with their bodies. She is also trained in one-on-one assisted stretching to support flexibility, mobility, and pain relief.
Olivia is passionate about supporting women through all stages of health and life transitions. She prioritizes creating a safe, supportive environment where patients feel informed, empowered, and actively involved in their care. Her work blends Chinese Medicine, mindfulness, and integrative health principles to guide patients toward sustainable healing.
Olivia was born and raised in Massachusetts, and though always a New England girl at heart, she now calls Montclair, NJ home. She, her husband and young daughter feel lucky to live in such a thriving and diverse community.
